You will play a pivotal role in shaping our recruitment strategy — identifying, engaging, and securing exceptional candidates who align with our culture and long-term business goals. The ideal candidate will bring energy, creativity, and professionalism to every interaction, ensuring that both candidates and hiring managers have a seamless experience throughout the process.

What You’ll Do:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from briefing to onboarding.
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand current and future talent requirements.
- Writing and delivering creative, engaging job adverts to attract high-quality candidates.
- Sourcing candidates directly through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
- Managing and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate pipelines.
- Screening, shortlisting, and assessing applicants for alignment with job requirements and company culture.
- Coordinating interviews, feedback, and communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Building and maintaining talent pools for critical and recurring roles.
- Supporting employer branding initiatives to enhance our presence across digital and professional platforms.
- Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment journey.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruiter, or similar talent acquisition role.
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing strategies.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CV databases.
- Strong ability to craft compelling job adverts and creative outreach messages.
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent tools for direct sourcing.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confident, professional, and approachable demeanour.
