Discovery & Design

As part of the discovery and design phase, we will help you prepare for the adoption of AVD. Fully understand your user profiles, user experience and resource requirements. This will also identify the Azure environment requirements and provide a cost estimate for your monthly Azure spend. For the Rapid Deployment Service, an essential list (or set of testing objectives for POC) for remote working will be defined to get you up and running quickly and efficiently. Deployment

At the deployment stage, we will use our findings to deploy an AVD environment that meets your requirements.
Our Azure Experts will ensure your deployment is optimised for performance, cost, and security. Our architects are experienced and highly skilled in Azure Virtual Desktop with the various certifications and accreditations that come with working for an approved Azure Expert MSP partner – be safe in the knowledge that your deployment will be conducted to the highest standards.

Roll-Out

Once the deployment is complete, we will train your admin users and provide documentation of your Azure Virtual Desktop solution. We will also complete Functional and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure you are fully comfortable with your end solution. For end-users, we will check the ability to log in and help them to understand how to access their desktop to minimise any disruption to your everyday business activities.
