“Ready to drive pipeline, empower sales, and be the spark that ignites revenue growth?”

The SDR and Sales Enablement Manager will develop and lead our growing SDR team, drive demand and revenue performance. This is a hands-on role, responsible for bridging the Product Marketing function to Sales, SDRs and other customer-facing roles.

As well as, be the bridge between marketing and sales to generate, you will nurture and qualify sales opportunities for the sales team.  

What You’ll Do:

SDR Management

  • Lead and manage the SDR team, including onboarding, training, and ongoing performance management  
  • Drive pipeline generation through outbound calling, email outreach, and social selling tactics  
  • Collaborate with Microsoft to co-generate leads and develop joint go-to-market strategies  
  • Model and coach best practices for building customer relationships and nurturing prospects into qualified leads  
  • Monitor and ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds their lead generation targets  
  • Implement and maintain efficient, repeatable processes that support scalable SDR operations  
  • Set clear expectations and ensure the team understands and achieves both output and outcome KPIs  
  • Promote full utilization of available sales tools and CRM systems to drive productivity and effectiveness  
  • Deliver regular performance reports, providing insight into team progress and areas for improvement  

Calls to Action (CTA)

  • Develop clear CTAs that speak to buyer insights and embody our value proposition.  
  • Responsible for CTAs being promoted consistently across GTM activity.  
  • Monitor feedback, performance and process, proposing adjustments that will improve effectiveness.   

Pitch Decks

  • Develop sales pitch decks and talk tracks that align with our value proposition. Work with SMEs to ensure accuracy and alignment. Work with Product Marketing to ensure consistency with one-pagers and website content.  
  • Ensure updates are made and communicated internally in a timely manner.   

Enablement

  • Lead on enablement activity across Sales, SDRs and Field.  
  • Run activity programmatically and measure output through skill plans and confidence barometers.  
  • Develop and maintain on-demand assets such as call scripts, cheat sheets, battlecards and recorded pitch deck walkthroughs.

  • Proven experience in selling IT services within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment  
  • Exposure to sales training and coaching, either as a participant or facilitator

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving  
  • Strong influencing abilities and effective presentation skills

We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our digital presence and performance across all key online channels. This is a hands-on role, responsible for executing and optimising digital campaigns that drive demand generation, improve customer engagement, and build the Cloud Direct brand online.

You’ll manage our website, paid digital advertising, and social media presence, ensuring a consistent and compelling digital experience aligned with our campaign strategy across Cloud, Data & AI, and Security.

What You’ll Do:

Website Management

  • Manage and optimise the Cloud Direct website (WordPress) for performance, SEO, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and web agencies on content, design, and UX improvements.
  • Analyse user journeys and implement enhancements to improve lead generation.dentify potential partners that align with our business objectives and target markets.

Paid Media (PPC)

  • Lead all paid digital activity (Google, LinkedIn, Bing), from strategy to execution and performance tracking.
  • Optimise campaigns for ROI and lead quality in alignment with broader campaign goals.

Social Media

  • Oversee Cloud Direct’s organic and paid presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Create and schedule engaging content with input from content creators and designers.
  • Monitor performance and provide recommendations to boost engagement and brand presence.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Maintain digital dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and HubSpot.
  • Deliver regular reports with actionable insights and optimisation recommendations.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Partner with Campaigns, Sales, Product, and agencies to ensure aligned messaging and execution.
  • Support campaign amplification and digital experimentation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years in a digital marketing role, ideally within B2B tech, SaaS, or services.
  • Proven experience managing and improving WordPress websites.
  • Demonstrable success running and optimising PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Hands-on experience managing social media content and advertising.
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles and digital analytics tools.
  • Data-driven, with an ability to interpret results and act on insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

As a Partner Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing partner strategies that support revenue growth and market expansion.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and customer success to ensure that partner initiatives are aligned with company objectives. Your ability to build trust and foster long-term relationships with partners will be essential to your success.

As the Marketing Operations Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our marketing and partnership teams, ensuring that they operate smoothly and efficiently. This position reports directly to the Marketing, Alliances and Partner Director.

You’ll be the backbone of our marketing operations—managing data, streamlining processes, and keeping campaigns and partner activities running like clockwork!

What You’ll Do:

  • Weekly/ monthly/ annual Reporting across marketing and partner activities
  • Support data collection and cleansing within Hubspot and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all marketing databases.
  • Manage list segmentation and scoring to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and ultimately conversion of prospects.
  • Generate and analyse reports to provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategies.
  • Microsoft Partner Center & partner portals update and management
  • Deal registration with partners
  • Raise purchase orders and manage invoicing for marketing and partner -related expenses.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and material
  • Manage the administration required to receive Market Development Funds (MDF) from partners, including Microsoft.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to partners regarding the utilization of MDF.
  • Assist the marketing and Sales Development Rep teams in streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
  • Ensure that all team members are following established processes and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proficiency in Hubspot, Microsoft Dynamics, and Cognism, or a willingness to learn these systems.
