As a SDR (Sales Development Representative), you’ll be a key contributor to our growth engine responsible for identifying and engaging new prospects, responding to inbound leads, and connecting qualified opportunities to our Sales Executives. You’ll also represent Cloud Direct at industry events and help build relationships with organisations looking to modernise their IT. 

This role is ideal for someone with strong sales instincts, a passion for technology, and a drive to succeed. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Generate pipeline through outbound outreach (calls, emails, social selling). 
  • Qualify inbound leads and route them to the appropriate sales channel. 
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to align messaging and outreach strategies. 
  • Attend industry events and represent Cloud Direct with professionalism and enthusiasm. 
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and contribute to reporting on lead generation performance. 
  • Share feedback from prospects to improve messaging and campaigns. 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success in a sales or SDR role, ideally within a tech or MSP environment. 
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. 
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and prospecting. 
  • Interest in cloud technologies and digital transformation. 
  • Highly organised, goal-oriented, and proactive. 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.

As a Partner Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing partner strategies that support revenue growth and market expansion.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and customer success to ensure that partner initiatives are aligned with company objectives. Your ability to build trust and foster long-term relationships with partners will be essential to your success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify potential partners that align with our business objectives and target markets.
  • Develop a comprehensive partner recruitment strategy
  • Work closely with our established partners to ensure they realise the value of partnering with Cloud Direct to drive mutual success.
  • Be seen as the first point of contact for any Parter-related matters, including new opportunities that may be created.
  • Provide partners with the necessary resources, tools, and training to effectively promote our products/services.
  • Ensure partners are knowledgeable about our offerings and can articulate value propositions.
  • Complete quarterly reviews with the key stakeholders within the Partner organisation, to review and grow our working relationships
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market and co-marketing plans with our partners, collaborating closing with the marketing team.
  • Drive revenue growth through the development and implementation of joint sales and marketing initiatives with partners.
  • Analyse partner performance metrics and identify areas for improvement to optimise revenue streams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in partner management or business development
  • Negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Experience with CRM and partner management tools
  • Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving skills

As the Marketing Operations Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our marketing and partnership teams, ensuring that they operate smoothly and efficiently. This position reports directly to the Marketing, Alliances and Partner Director.

You’ll be the backbone of our marketing operations—managing data, streamlining processes, and keeping campaigns and partner activities running like clockwork!

What You’ll Do:

  • Weekly/ monthly/ annual Reporting across marketing and partner activities
  • Support data collection and cleansing within Hubspot and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all marketing databases.
  • Manage list segmentation and scoring to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and ultimately conversion of prospects.
  • Generate and analyse reports to provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategies.
  • Microsoft Partner Center & partner portals update and management
  • Deal registration with partners
  • Raise purchase orders and manage invoicing for marketing and partner -related expenses.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and material
  • Manage the administration required to receive Market Development Funds (MDF) from partners, including Microsoft.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to partners regarding the utilization of MDF.
  • Assist the marketing and Sales Development Rep teams in streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
  • Ensure that all team members are following established processes and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proficiency in Hubspot, Microsoft Dynamics, and Cognism, or a willingness to learn these systems.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to draw insights and intelligence from marketing data.
