We’re on the hunt for a visionary Product Manager to develop and take part in the evolution of Cloud Direct’s cutting-edge Consultancy and Managed Services portfolio.
Reporting to our Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you’ll collaborate closely with our product marketing, service design, service transition, and sales enablement teams, as well as practice leads and subject matter experts across the business. Ensuring successful development, delivery, and continual improvement and adoption of our offerings and that these remain competitive, scalable and relevant.
What You’ll Do:
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the development and lifecycle management of the product portfolio aligned with company strategy.
- Product Performance Management: Monitoring of product portfolio against an agreed set of KPI’s (Cost, Performance, Reliability, Relevance)
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for product development and enhancement, aligning with organizational goals and market demands.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, service designers, service design architects, and subject matter experts to define product requirements and roadmaps.
- Project Oversight: Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of product development projects, managing risks and resolving issues as they arise.

What You’ll Do:
- Weekly/ monthly/ annual Reporting across marketing and partner activities
- Support data collection and cleansing within Hubspot and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all marketing databases.
- Manage list segmentation and scoring to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and ultimately conversion of prospects.
