We’re on the hunt for a visionary Product Manager to develop and take part in the evolution of Cloud Direct’s cutting-edge Consultancy and Managed Services portfolio.
Reporting to our Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you’ll collaborate closely with our product marketing, service design, service transition, and sales enablement teams, as well as practice leads and subject matter experts across the business. Ensuring successful development, delivery, and continual improvement and adoption of our offerings and that these remain competitive, scalable and relevant.
What You’ll Do:
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the development and lifecycle management of the product portfolio aligned with company strategy.
- Product Performance Management: Monitoring of product portfolio against an agreed set of KPI’s (Cost, Performance, Reliability, Relevance)
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for product development and enhancement, aligning with organizational goals and market demands.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, service designers, service design architects, and subject matter experts to define product requirements and roadmaps.
- Project Oversight: Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of product development projects, managing risks and resolving issues as they arise.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance, regularly gather feedback from customers, and internal teams (commercial & operational), and utilize data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement & adoption.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation working closely with our Alliances manager and product marketing.
- Compliance: Ensure all products comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare PRDs, business cases, feature specs, and release notes. Prepare and present regular progress reports on portfolio performance and development to the CTO and other members of senior management.
- Technical Understanding: Maintain technical fluency in MSP offerings and infrastructure; align product design with technical feasibility.

- Experience in Offering/Product Coordination, Product Ownership, Project Management, or similar roles.
- Experience of Microsoft Cloud technologies & Cloud computing concepts
- An understanding of Managed and Professional Services is advantageous.

The SDR and Sales Enablement Manager will develop and lead our growing SDR team, drive demand and revenue performance. This is a hands-on role, responsible for bridging the Product Marketing function to Sales, SDRs and other customer-facing roles.
As well as, be the bridge between marketing and sales to generate, you will nurture and qualify sales opportunities for the sales team.
What You’ll Do:
SDR Management
- Lead and manage the SDR team, including onboarding, training, and ongoing performance management

- Responsible for CTAs being promoted consistently across GTM activity.
- Monitor feedback, performance and process, proposing adjustments that will improve effectiveness.
Pitch Decks
- Develop sales pitch decks and talk tracks that align with our value proposition. Work with SMEs to ensure accuracy and alignment. Work with Product Marketing to ensure consistency with one-pagers and website content.
- Ensure updates are made and communicated internally in a timely manner.
Enablement
- Lead on enablement activity across Sales, SDRs and Field.
- Run activity programmatically and measure output through skill plans and confidence barometers.
- Develop and maintain on-demand assets such as call scripts, cheat sheets, battlecards and recorded pitch deck walkthroughs.
