The Cloud Command Analyst (CCA) acts as the first line of technical escalation within the Cloud Command Center (CCC), stepping in after the Service Desk. In this role, you’ll provide timely first-level technical support to customers, ensuring swift and effective case resolution in line with defined SLAs.
Your day-to-day will involve actively monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and escalating cases as needed—all while maintaining a high standard of service quality.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide first-level support and troubleshoot issues via ServiceNow and monitoring alerts
- Triage, analyse, and escalate cases appropriately, ensuring SLA adherence
- Monitor system health, event logs, and alerts to identify potential issues
- Investigate Microsoft Cloud solutions (Azure, Defender, Intune, Windows OS)
- Follow SOPs and KBs for consistent and accurate troubleshooting
- Escalate unresolved issues to Cloud Command Engineers (CCE)
- Maintain detailed documentation of all support interactions
- Prioritise cases correctly and manage queues to avoid backlogs
- Communicate case updates clearly and professionally to customers
- Identify recurring incidents and assist with root cause analysis
- Participate in shift handovers and team collaboration
- Support knowledge base improvements and documentation
- Mentor new team members on processes and best practices
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years’ experience in a Technical Support, IT Services, Service Desk, IT Support, NOC or Cloud Support role within an MSP or enterprise environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft cloud services (M365, Azure, Defender, Intune, Endpoint Manager, Windows OS).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in an SLA-driven environment.
- Experience working with IT ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications (MS-900, AZ-900, SC-900, AI-900, DP-900, MD-102).

As an Azure Cloud Expert Engineer, you will provide high-level support to our customers, acting as an escalation point for Tier 2 support engineers and working alongside senior engineers to execute complex projects/onboardings.
You will ensure that service level agreements are met whilst delivering reliable resolution of customer technical issues when raised via Cloud Direct support lines, Live chat, e-mail or self-service portals.
What You’ll Do:
- Azure Infrastructure: Provision and configure VMs, containers, and resources using ARM templates, Terraform, Bicep, and scripting (PowerShell). Optimize for cost, performance, and security.
- Automation & IaC: Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Visual Studio. Automate deployments and support processes.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce best practices with tools like Azure Security Center, AAD, and Sentinel. Manage RBAC, conduct audits, and address vulnerabilities.
- Monitoring & Optimization: Use Azure Monitor and related tools to track, troubleshoot, and improve infrastructure performance.
- Disaster Recovery: Design and manage DR and high availability solutions with Azure Backup and Site Recovery. Test and validate failover strategies.
- Azure Virtual Desktop: Deploy and manage AVD environments, handle user access, monitor performance, and resolve connectivity or user issues.
- Data & AI Support: Diagnose and fix pipeline failures, manage integrations, and ensure data accuracy and availability.
- Platform Management: Ensure backup integrity, monitor system health, resolve failures, and meet RTO/RPO objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, and managing Azure cloud environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft Azure platform and its capabilities
- Three or more Azure cloud certifications: AZ-104, DP-100, DP-300, AZ-500, AZ-305, SC-200,
SC-300, AZ-140 customer service & communication skills

As a Modern-Work Associate Support Engineer, you will deliver support to customers, serving as an escalation point for Tier 1 engineers. You will collaborate with Associate and senior engineers to manage projects and onboarding processes while working alongside other specialized teams within Operations.
You will ensure that service level agreements are met whilst delivering reliable resolution of customer technical issues when raised via Cloud Direct support lines, Live chat, e-mail or self-service portals.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as an escalation point for complex issues across Microsoft 365, AVD, Sentinel, and Endpoint Management. Maintain support documentation, FAQs, and training resources to boost user productivity.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, improving their problem-solving capabilities.
- Proactively address recurring infrastructure issues by analyzing trends and minimizing alerts.
- Lead onboarding projects for Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Sentinel, and Endpoint Management.
- Provide on-call support as needed and ensure adherence to incident, request, problem, and change management processes, meeting all SLAs.
- Microsoft 365: Support end users on Microsoft 365 apps, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, and OneDrive.
- Azure Virtual Desktop: Troubleshoot and resolve AVD issues including connectivity, performance, and access.
- Microsoft Sentinel: Support security incident handling, alert management, and root cause analysis in Sentinel.
- Endpoint Management: Escalation support for Microsoft Endpoint Manager, including enrolment issues, policy updates, and device compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in 2nd Line support for Microsoft technologies, including Office 365, Sentinel, Intune, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Expertise in device management with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) for policy deployment and compliance.
- Holds 3+ Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, SC-900, MD-102, AZ-900), with one certification above the foundational level.
- Experience in system administration, user account management, access control, and security settings.
- Skilled in Active Directory management, including Group Policy configuration and user provisioning.
- Proficient in supporting both Windows and macOS platforms and resolving Office 365 issues.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), including setup, performance optimization, and user support.

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years as a Data Engineer or similar role.
- Experience with Azure Data Bricks, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Synapse, Azure Event Hubs, Fabric & Purview.
- Proficient in implementing and maintaining data pipelines with Azure Data Factory.
- In-depth knowledge of Data Lake/Medallion Architecture.
- Skilled in data modelling and ETL.
- Supporting a Lamba architecture including both batch and real-time data streams.
- Processing structured, semi-structured and unstructured data.
- Knowledge of the Azure security model, including RBAC, Key Vault and Managed Identities.
- Understanding of Cost management and optimisation of Azure resources.
- Basic networking, including integration runtime, data gateway, and VNet data gateway.
- Knowledge of data partitioning and optimisation techniques.
- Experience in source code control using Azure DevOps and Git.
- Interpreting telemetry and metrics using tools such as Azure Monitor and Azure Advisor.
