Azure Cloud Associate Engineer

As an Azure Cloud Associate Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-level support to customers—either as an escalation point from Tier 1 engineers or in collaboration with other specialist teams within Operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Deploy, manage, and optimize Azure Compute Resources, Virtual Machines, and Virtual Networks.
• Monitor, secure, and back up Azure resources, including Blob Storage and Azure Active Directory.
• Implement cost optimization strategies and ensure high performance and security of Azure environments.
• Manage Azure subscriptions, profiles, and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Automate support processes using Azure PowerShell or similar scripting tools.
• Work effectively in multi-client environments, both independently and as part of a team.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a Microsoft Azure support role.
• Experience with deployment, upkeep, and monitoring of Azure systems
• Understanding of the Microsoft Azure platform and its capabilities
• Two or more Azure cloud certifications: AZ-104, AZ-500, AZ-140, SC-200, SC-300, DP-900
• Logical approach to problem solving
• Excellent inter-personal skills with good time management
• Proven customer service & communication skills
