As part of this mission, we are launching Breakthrough2AI, an 18month graduate programme designed to develop the next generation of Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs). This programme will immerse you in the world of real engineering, real clients, and real impact — from day one.

What is a Forward Deployed Engineer?

FDEs sit at the heart of our applied AI practice. They work directly with clients, build prototypes and production ready solutions, and turn abstract ideas into working systems.

This role blends software engineering, AI/ML fundamentals, cloud architecture, and client facing consulting ready solutions, and turn abstract ideas into working systems facing consulting

You don’t need to know everything yet — that’s what the programme is for.

You just need curiosity, drive, and the willingness to learn by doing..

What We’re Looking For:

• Achieved or on track for a 2:1 or above in a Computer Science or closely related degree
• Strong interest in AI engineering, cloud technologies, and realworld problem solving
• Some exposure to programming (Python, C#, JS or similar)
• Curiosity, resilience, and a proactive mindset
• Great communicators who enjoy collaboration and want to work with clients
• A builder — someone who enjoys making things that work
