Marketing and Partnership Operations Executive

As the Marketing Operations Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our marketing and partnership teams, ensuring that they operate smoothly and efficiently. This position reports directly to the Marketing, Alliances and Partner Director.
You’ll be the backbone of our marketing operations—managing data, streamlining processes, and keeping campaigns and partner activities running like clockwork!
What You’ll Do:
- Weekly/ monthly/ annual Reporting across marketing and partner activities
- Support data collection and cleansing within Hubspot and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all marketing databases.
- Manage list segmentation and scoring to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and ultimately conversion of prospects.
- Generate and analyse reports to provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategies.
- Microsoft Partner Center & partner portals update and management
- Deal registration with partners
- Raise purchase orders and manage invoicing for marketing and partner -related expenses.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and material
- Manage the administration required to receive Market Development Funds (MDF) from partners, including Microsoft.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to partners regarding the utilization of MDF.
- Assist the marketing and Sales Development Rep teams in streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Ensure that all team members are following established processes and procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in Hubspot, Microsoft Dynamics, and Cognism, or a willingness to learn these systems.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills, able to draw insights and intelligence from marketing data.
