Building on our proven success with in-house recruitment, we are scaling our team to support our ambitious growth plans. As part of a growing function, we are looking to speak with talented individuals across varying levels of experience who are passionate about attracting and hiring top talent.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping our recruitment strategy — identifying, engaging, and securing exceptional candidates who align with our culture and long-term business goals. The ideal candidate will bring energy, creativity, and professionalism to every interaction, ensuring that both candidates and hiring managers have a seamless experience throughout the process.

What You’ll Do:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from briefing to onboarding.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand current and future talent requirements.
  • Writing and delivering creative, engaging job adverts to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Sourcing candidates directly through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
  • Managing and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate pipelines.
  • Screening, shortlisting, and assessing applicants for alignment with job requirements and company culture.
  • Coordinating interviews, feedback, and communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Building and maintaining talent pools for critical and recurring roles.
  • Supporting employer branding initiatives to enhance our presence across digital and professional platforms.
  • Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment journey.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruiter, or similar talent acquisition role.
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing strategies.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CV databases.
  • Strong ability to craft compelling job adverts and creative outreach messages.
  • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent tools for direct sourcing.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Confident, professional, and approachable demeanour.
