The Senior AI & Data Science Consultant leads the design and delivery of AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics solutions. The role combines deep technical expertise with customer engagement, mentoring, and technical leadership. 

What You’ll Do:

• Lead AI and machine learning project delivery. 
• Leads Microsoft Foundry solution design and delivery, runs client workshops, shapes use cases, and integrates agents with enterprise data and business processes. 
• Design scalable AI architectures and solutions. 
• Facilitate AI discovery and use case workshops. 
• Develop advanced machine learning and predictive models. 
• Lead implementation of generative AI solutions. 
• Design natural language querying, OCR and conversational AI solutions. 
• Oversee model deployment, monitoring, and governance. 
• Mentor consultants and provide technical leadership. 
• Support pre-sales activities and customer demonstrations. 
• Produce architecture and design documentation. 
• Contribute to AI standards and best practices. 
• Manage technical risks and solution quality. 

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience delivering AI and machine learning projects. 
• Strong hands-on experience with Foundry architecture, orchestration patterns, LLM evaluation, security, governance, and stakeholder-facing consulting delivery. 
• Advanced Python and PySpark skills. 
• Strong Microsoft Fabric experience. 
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries. 
• Experience delivering generative AI solutions. 
• Knowledge of NLP, document intelligence, and multimodal AI. 
• Understanding of MLOps principles and practices. 
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills. 
• Experience mentoring technical teams. 
• Strong consulting and communication skills. 
• Knowledge of responsible AI and governance frameworks.
