With fewer than 100 Azure Expert MSP partners globally, and just a handful in the UK, this confirms Cloud Direct’s place as one of the UK’s leading Microsoft partners – and reassuring customers they are working with certified experts. Cloud Direct were one of the first to pass the audit in 2018, and have been leading the market ever since.

The Microsoft Azure Expert MSP certification is Microsoft’s highest fidelity accolade.
The rigorous assessment looks at the skills and capabilities of Cloud Directs Azure consultants and support staff – focusing on infrastructure, applications and data management within Azure. The audit also looks at the wider business structure to ensure Cloud Direct is built around continual improvement of its Azure managed services. This includes an audit of completed Azure projects and analysis of processes in hiring, training, finances, managed services, support, sales and customer on-boarding.
