Moving a OneNote notebook to OneDrive
It is not currently possible to automatically move OneNote notebooks to OneDrive for Business, but it can be done manually.
This article shows how to manually move a OneNote notebook to OneDrive, provided the notebook was originally created on your computer.

Note:
If you plan to share notebooks, it is best to create them in OneDrive right from the start.
To manually move a OneNote notebook to OneDrive, proceed as follows.
- From your computer, open the OneNote notebook you would like to move with OneNote 2013/2016.
- At the top left-hand of your screen, click File, then click Share.
The Share Notebook page appears.
- Click OneDrive.
A list of available folders appears in the right-hand side of your screen.
- From the list, select the OneDrive folder you would like to move your OneNote notebook to. If the required folder is not listed, click the Browse button to see a complete list of your OneDrive folders and select from the complete list.
- Click Move, to confirm your selection.
Your OneNote notebook is moved to the selected OneDrive folder.
Important:
Remember to delete the original copy of your notebook from its original location.
