WHC VoIP firewall and port settings
Wholesale Hosted Communications (WHC) is a Unified Communications (UC) service provided by BT. It provides Hosted Centrex or Hosted SIP Trunking services that can be tailored to a customer's needs. Hosted SIP Trunking is the ideal replacement for ISDN, giving customers better flexibility and pricing, whilst retaining the on-site PBX. Hosted Centrex is an IP based telephony solution that replaces UK business' traditional ISDN & onsite PBX solution.

SIP ALG
SIP ALG is the number one issue that will prevent phones registering to the platform and making calls. This is a setting that is quite often turned on automatically on most routers. This must be turned off on the End Customers router and/or firewalls.
