Provide Portal sign-up procedure
To sign-up to the Provide Portal, you can either be added by another user, or you can sign-up directly yourself. If you have been added by someone else, you can follow these steps to complete the sign-up process:
- Wait to receive a 'Welcome to the Provide™ Portal' email.
 - Follow 'Get Started' link contained within this email.
 

- Enter the email address to which you received the Welcome email and click 'Send Verification Code'.
 

- Wait to receive a verification email.
 

- Enter the verification code contained within this email.
 

- Click 'Verify Code'.
 

- If the code has been successfully verified, click 'Continue'.
 

- Download (if required) and open the Microsoft Authenticator App on your mobile device.
 
NB. Other authentication apps can be used, but will likely have slightly different steps to follow.

- Click '+' to add a new account.
 

- Click 'Other (Google, Facebook, etc').
 

- Scan the QR code displayed on the Provide page in step 7.
 - Ensure your Provide login is added to the list of accounts under 'Cloud Direct Provide'
 

- If you have any issues:
	

- Select 'Can't Scan? Try this', which provides a link to a time-based one-time password.
		
- This link can be opened on either Android or iOS/MacOS. Windows does not currently support this link.
 - On Android this link will open your authenticator app.
 - On iOS/MacOS this will prompt you to add Provide to the native password manager.
 
 - 'Still having trouble?' provides the account name and secret to create an account in Authenticator app manually.
		
- Follow steps 8-10 above
 - Click 'Or enter code manually'
 

- Enter details given above
 

- Click 'Finish'
 - Ensure your Provide login is added to the list of accounts under 'Cloud Direct Provide'.
 

 
 - Select 'Can't Scan? Try this', which provides a link to a time-based one-time password.
		
 
- Return to Provide sign up, and click 'Continue'.
 

- Enter the code given by the Microsoft Authenticator app for your Provide portal account.
 


- Click 'Verify'.
 

- Set your Provide portal password and click 'Continue'.
 - Login for the first time by entering your email address and then click 'Continue'.
 

- Enter your password and click 'Sign In'.
